VDF "Faustine" (Rosé) 2023

The rose petal colour gives way to a very subtle nose of citrus and red fruits. Silky and very supple in body with a light touch of hard-boiled peach and apricot penny sweets, wrapped up in finesse and elegance. The perfect apéro or the ideal match with grilled meats.

This cuvée was created upon the birth of Faustine, Jean-Charles` daughter. They constitute the heart of the estate and are available in red, rosé and white. These are wines that can be drunk from their first year. They are characterised by their freshness and unique nature.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed. The juice is left to settle for up to 48 hours before fermentation in thermos-regulated stainless-steel vats. Aged for 6 months on the lees prior to bottling.

Match it with: Enjoy as an aperitif alongside charcuterie.
