This very limited blend of Corsican indigenous varieties is a unique expression of this stunning fertile terroir, with delicate notes of stone fruit and floral aromas from the “maquis”, where you can see wild fennel, fig-trees and helichrysums all around the vineyard. An oasis of senses made to be enjoyed with local Mediterranean cuisine. Jean-Charles has gained the reputation of making some of the best wines in Corsica with stunning ageing potential.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // fermentation in demi-muids (600L barrels) // ageing on fine lees for 9 months // ageing in tanks for two other months // lightly filtered // ageing in bottle for at least 6 months before being released.
