Vino da Tavola "Garnaccia" (Orange) 2020

In a previous life, Silvio was a New Yorker. But as the son of a winemaker, Silvio`s passion for wine was longstanding. Garnacchia is a local synonym for Vernacchia!

Vinification: 100% Vernaccia is harvested by hand and partially destemmed before being crushed under foot. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with around 10 days maceration. The wine is matured for 8 months in concrete before being bottled. Unfined & unfiltered.
