Terroir: Sand and clay.
Age of the vines: 40 years old vines of Syrah, 70 years old Grenache/Carignan.
Vinification: Grapes are hand-picked and destemmed // natural fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank for 10 days // 75% of the wine is aged in old oak barrels of 220L // 25% is aged in stainless steel tank for 13 months.
