VDF “Le Grand Blanc” (White) 2020

"Le Grand Blanc" made from a blend of local grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Muscat, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino (Rolle).

This is an expressive and balanced bottle, that is delicious to drink now, but could also improve with age.

This wine is made from 2 parcels of Blue Clay both planted in 1991. Whole cluster direct pressed and fermented in concrete tank, aged in neutral oak for 1 year.

It holds it’s own with meaty dishes as it has rich and ripe peach notes…simply delicious!
