Terroir: Roussanne vines were planted in 1991, a small parcel of blue clay.
Vinification: Direct press // Fermentation in stainless steel // Ageing in 500 litter new oak barrels (40%) and old oak barrels (60%) for 9 months.
This parcel is only worked by hand and working horses.
Label has been designed by Artist Jean Verame.
