VDF "Haru" (Red) 2022

 Age of vines: Mourvèdre planted in early 1980s, Grenache & Syrah with an average vine age of 20 years.  

Vinification: All three grapes macerated whole cluster for 1 week, fermentation in stainless steel , pressed and rested in concrete until a Spring bottling.

 With red fruits notes, low tannins and an elegant texture, this is the bottle that is so easy to drink you can enjoy it all year round!

Pair with: Grilled lamb chops & Israeli tabouleh
