VDF Causse Toujours (Red) 2017

Made from Syrah and Prunelart, this wine has complexity with perfectly balanced tannins. With blackberry and spice notes, “Causse Toujours” beautifully reflects its terroir of Gaillac (Southwest of France). Enjoy with slow cooked meats and stews.

Average age of vines: 35 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Old vines of Syrah (65 years old) and young vines of Prunelart (20 years old) vinified together. Aged for 10 months in old barrels and then 6 months in bottle before being released.
