VDF "Blet Tendre" (White) 2022

Ripe zesty citrus fruits, mango & pineapple...

Coming from the 3rd selection on the 4 hectares of Chenin, these grapes are harvested at the end of October from land at low altitude. The over-ripeness in these grapes provides a high concentration of sugars while preserving a skeleton of acidity. Thanks to this tension and freshness, the white wines are vinified with residual sugars.

The aromatic palette consists of ripe citrus fruits, pineapple and mango with a pearly zest.
