Riesling ”Le Dragon” (White) 2019

Lithe and dry, this white is subtly laced with floral, apple and mineral aromas and flavours. It`s balanced and harmonious, with a long, mouthwatering finish.

Match it with: Perfectly matched with hard goats cheeses and those coated in ash.

Terroir: From the south-facing Drachenloch (Dragon hole) vineyards - this exceptional geographical site is considered one of the warmest in Alsace. The vineyard is composed of limestone soil, positioned in the middle of a rocky outcrop that protects it from the North and East winds.

Age of the vines: 40 years old

Vinification: The grapes were handpicked and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours // natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts // aged in stainless steel or big oak barrel, depending on the vintage.
