Rías Baixas "Goliardo A Telleira” (W) 2021

Rodrigo’s history in the area has been vital to the success of Forjas del Salnés. He was able to find and secure the use of ancient plantations, some of which were long-abandoned, and bring them back to life.

Vinification: 100% Albarino from vines planted in 1973. Grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation takes place using indigenous yeast in 750l foudres. The wine is ages for a short time in foudre before bottling.
