Rías Baixas Goliardo "A Telleira" (Red) 2019

Rodrigo’s history in the area has been vital to the success of Forjas del Salnés. He was able to find and secure the use of ancient plantations, some of which were long-abandoned, and bring them back to life.

Vinification: A single vineyard wine form the "A Telleira" Vineyard. 60 year old Espadeiro is harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in open top 500L barrels with native yeast. The wine is left to mature in barrel for a further 20 months prior to bottling.
