Rías Baixas Goliardo "Caiño" (Red) 2018

Rodrigo’s history in the area has been vital to the success of Forjas del Salnés. He was able to find and secure the use of ancient plantations, some of which were long-abandoned, and bring them back to life.

Vinification: 100% Caiño, planted in 1862. Grapes are harvested by hand and fermentation takes place using native yeast. The wine spends 12months in 228L 8 year old french oak barrels. Bottled unfined and lightly filtered.
