Pinot Auxerrois "H" (White) 2019

Bone dry, yet full, rich and nutty in character. The flavours don`t jump out of the glass yet run deep in this complex white. Citrus, apple and mineral are the main flavour themes, with a superb cut and fine length.

Age of the vines: 60 years old

Vinification: Hand-picked grapes and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours // natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts // aged in stainless steel or large oak barrel depending on the vintage.
