Terroir: Parcel located in the Grand Cru Hengst.
Age of the vines: 60 years old
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes and whole-bunch pressed very slowly and gently in pneumatic presses over 5-8 hours. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Ages in stainless steel or large oak barrel depending on the vintage.
