An outgoing, aromatic fruit-forward pinot noir that is now at perfect maturity.

"Athénaïs" was launched to create a range of wines produced in the beautiful appellation of Yonne in northern Burgundy.

Terroir: Limestone-rich soil

Average age of vines: 35 to 40 years old

Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. Full bunch natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts). Ageing for 12 months in old oak barrels. No filtration, no fining. Max 2g/L of sulphites added at the bottling.
