IGT Toscana "La Botte Sècrete" (Red) 2021

Terroir: Clay and limestone soil. Located in Pogiobello di Farneta in the commune of Cortona (South East of Tuscany). The vines are situated 310m above the sea with a South/West orientation.

Age of vines: 15 years old

Vinification: Grapes are harvested two passes early October giving two different levels of maturity // 30 to 40-day maceration, 30% whole bunch, in concrete tanks // Ageing for 20 months in “tronconique” wooden tank and concrete tanks.
