The concentration of this Tuscan Cabernet shows great purity of fruit. A warming wine for colder months. Silvio Messana has been working to showcase the refined character of his Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and his 2020 IGT "ll Rospo" is his finest expression to date.

Vinification: Grapes are handpicked // natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts // aged for 9/12 months in a cement tank.
