IGP Mer Égée "Greek Connect" (Orange) 2022
Volcanic exchange on the island of Samos. Jason Ligas X Vin des Potes traffic in the Greek Connection. This famous Samos muscat revisited in a Skin Contact version. A escapade between pep, blood orange and the sea spray of the Aegean Sea.
The Aegean Sea offers a lush panorama where many freshwater springs flow and benefits from a mosaic of micro-terroirs that radiate on the sides of the rocky lands. Schists and basalts make up the soils where the vines planted by the elders grow. The plots boast forty-year-old muscat and assyrtiko facing northeast. Meeting in spring 2017 where sharing and discussions come alive around bottles. A handful of months later, the harvest of the future Greek Connection version Skin Contact is harvested. It is now available in two versions, a dry muscat called Classic and a maceration called Skin Contact.
