Hidra (Orange) 2020

Unlike Sicus, where all the wines are “Single vineyards”, with Hidra a new and freer way of making wine is formalised. With a blend of different lands and varieties.

Hidra is the result of squeezing all the grapes that remain in the tanks after the bleeding of the Sicus. Therefore, it is the result of pressing whole grapes of red and white varieties with an infusion time of between 1 and 4 months. Rested in an amphora for 40 days and 8 months in a stainless steel tank.

Style: Stony minerality, fruity, easy-drinking, but with substance.
