Bold and spicy with rich dark fruits and a touch of wild strawberry.

Matthieu Cosse, renowned for his wines in Cahors embarked on an exciting new project with Jerome Ossard. The vines for this cuvée can be found on the modest 2.5-hectare plot located in Fronsac.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and aged fermentation happens spontaneously with indigenous yeast. The wine is left to mature in concrete and old oak before bottling.
