Salvador Batlle Barrabeig cultivates 9.5ha of Catalonian landscape, connected by one focus that decodes terroirs, loves grapes, interprets vines and touches the earth.Còsmic winemaking is the philosophy of taking care of vines with patience, passion, creativity and freedom.

Vinification: Grapes are harvested by hand. The Grenache undergoes carbonic maceration for 10 days before pressing. The Carignan is crushed by foot and macerates with the skins and stems for 7 days before pressing. Alcoholic fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine is aged on fine lees for 3 months before bottling.
