This beautifully textural, creamy sparkling wine was bottled in 2010 and has been patiently resting on its lees for 8 years, which is longer than most Champagnes! The lees ageing gives way to a greater depth and complexity of flavour and the craftsmanship that goes into making this exceptionally well priced and elegant sparkling wine is unparalleled.

Terroir: Single vineyard called "La Caseta", located at 205m above sea level with a strong maritime influence due to its location 6 km away from the Méditeranneen sea.

Age of the vines: 25 years old vines

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested // alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks // ageing in tanks for 10 months // second fermentation in bottle // lees ageing for 8 years before being disgorged.
