Coteaux Champenois “Confiance” (White) NV

This is a still wine from Champagne. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from vintages 2014-2017. Each year and grape bringing its own character to the wine.

Story: Franck Pascal was one of the first biodynamic growers in Champagne and remains one of its most passionate and gifted winemakers. He has made Coteaux Champenois still wines since 2014. Still wine from the region is pretty rare, especially from the northernmost areas, where the climate hovers on the edge for fully ripening grapes.
