Terroir: Clay, limestone, galestro and sand soil.
Age of the vines: 25 years old.
Vinification: Grapes are handpicked. Fermentation of the 3 grapes varieties together (Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Colorino). Wine is aged for 18 months partly in medium-sized casks and partly in cement tanks.
