The vine plot is surrounded by a wall dating from the 12th century with an orientation South/ South-West. The soil is made up of a Lime and clay (tertiary) dating from the Kimmeridgian. Bedrock outcrop.

Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested // Whole bunch long gentle press cycle // Natural fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) // 100% Malolactic fermentation // Light cold gross lees racking Vatting and alcoholic fermentation in oak // Ageing for 1 year in demi-muids and one year in Foudre // 6 months in bottle before sales // No filtration, no fining, S02 total about 30 mg.
