Red plum and black cherries, well integrated tannins and a long bright finish.

Matthieu Cosse, renowned for his wines in Cahors embarked on an exciting new project with Jerome Ossard. The vines for this cuvée can be found on the modest 2-hectare plot located in Blaye which has a beautiful limestone and clay-based sols overlooking the Gironde estuary.

Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested and aged fermentation happens spontaneously with indigenous yeast. The wine is left to mature in concrete before bottling.

Match it with: Wild mushroom pasta, grilled red meats.
