Anjou L`Aiglerie (Red) 2014

This cuvée from Terre de L`Elu has an initial minty nose, followed by red fruit aromas along with fresh herbs and scents of camphor. The smooth, velvety texture softens the fine tannins. A long finish.

Serve at 16°C, don`t hesitate to open this wine one hour in advance. This wine can be enjoyed now but will age for 10 years.

Match it with: a red meat with herbs and vegetables. Likely to be too powerful for white meats.
