Terroir: Estate vineyards located 800 to 840 meters altitude. Soils composed of loess, moraine, gneiss.
Age of the vines: 42 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand harvested. The whites are pressed up on the mountain and the juice is piped from the vineyard to the cellar located down the valley. Ageing with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel. No finning. Bottled unfined and unfiltered
